ASP Global has had a presence in Timor Leste since 2002; we were involved in the first UN mission and the second in 2005. We are involved in several government and Military contracts. With major infrastructure projects, such as road and bridge building, and the electrification of the entire country. The inflow of Chinese and Portuguese capital has led to unprecedented growth in the history of Timor Leste. Large oil and gas deposits have many major oil producers looking to develop this resource, particularly in the south of Timor around Vequecci and in the southwest around Zumalai and Suai. Large mineral deposits such as gold marble and manganese are yet to be exploited. Conventional crops of coffee is a major export for Timor Leste. ASP has all freight forwarding assets at its disposal, Customs clearance, both air and sea. For sea freight we can handle LCL/FCL, break bulk, and Project cargo. We have the ability to move any type of cargo to all the 13 districts of Timor Leste including Aturo Island and to the enclave of Ocussi in West Timor. Timor is served by Singapore Airlines via Singapore, Garuda Indonesia via Bali, and Air North Via Darwin Australia. Weights and sizes are restricted, so its always best to check prior to lodging cargo. The sea port of Dili is served from Surayba Indonesia and Darwin Australia and Singapore. Break bulk and barges are served from a majority of ports.
