In 2017 we recognized that the market in China was fairly saturated with the same type of freight forwarding company mainly focussed on the “best price” while sacrificing customer service and value add, which is why we formed BSL International Cargo Ltd to provide mid-market pricing and a core focus on attention to detail with our customers’ requirements.
We made this substantial investment to ensure that we could service our existing client base fully with their time critical air, ocean, road & rail freight requirements and to further develop our freight forwarding service offering to customers and our overseas network of agents.
Today we handle over 1 million kilos of airfreight, 5000 TEU and experiencing sustained growth year-on-year through Hong Kong and have offices across all major gateways across China to service our client’s requirements, should that be by air, sea, road or rail. Operating a small fleet of our own vehicles allows us to closely manage all our inbound and outbound freight and minimizes the need for handling of cargo by third parties therefore minimizing risk for our customers.
