logistics. Today, the Group’s client base includes some 3,500 companies in a broad array of industries and businesses, from steel and food to distribution, aviation, and medical product and service providers.

Aiming to create a new generation of core businesses that transcend the traditional bounds of logistics, the Group is expanding its network of domestic and overseas business centers. The Group currently operates 215 operating bases, comprised of 181 operating bases in Japan, including those of Group companies, and 34 operating bases abroad through a web of local subsidiaries and affiliates.
Extensive knowledge base rooted in safety and quality
Embracing safety and quality as foremost priorities, the KONOIKE Group developed the Safety/Quality Management System based on proprietary in-house review standards. Each year, branches conduct internal safety and quality evaluations of the sales offices under their jurisdiction, while the Group head office carries out a similar review on a three-year cycle.
