Warehousing
Our 10,000 m2 free zone warehouse is located within the Thilawa Special Economic Zone (SEZ) which offers, as the name suggests, unique and unprecedented capability to store both domestic and foreign cargoes. We are also the first and only licensed provider of the vendor managed inventory (VMI) program that allows non-resident foreign suppliers to store their transit goods in a free zone warehouse pertaining to the temporary storage of cargos without payment of duties and taxes until cargos are withdrawn for consumption in Myanmar or shipped to another location outside of Myanmar. This program is especially beneficial for foreign trading companies planning to distribute their products into Myanmar market. Equipped with advanced warehouse management system, 24-hour security and numerous CCTV cameras, you can rely on Daizen to take care of your inventory.
Transportation
With over 10 trucking partners with a fleet totaling more than 200 trucks, we have the capacity to handle a variety of cargoes ranging from general & dangerous cargoes, heavy machineries and temperature sensitive cargoes. We also handle cross border transportation between Thailand – Myanmar and China – Myanmar.
Distributive Processing
Within our warehouse facility, we can provide value-added services as required by our clients, ranging from tagging, packaging, quality inspection to pre-delivery inspection of automobiles.
Air Freight

We are a licensed customs brokerage and have in-depth knowledge of the customs rules that change frequently. We also have a computerised system for customs clearance linked to customs to facilitate the electronic filing of documents to ensure speedy clearance.
Insurance Program
The insurance industry in Myanmar, as a whole, is underdeveloped and is still non-transparent and foreign. Insurance companies can offer services domestically, but only for investors in Thilawa Special Economic Zone. As an investor in TSEZ, Daizen can handle cargo insurance of international standards that covers the whole supply chain until the cargoes are delivered to the ultimate consignees.
