Deugro (PNG) Ltd., has been operating in Papua New Guinea since 2007 with two strategic office locations, employing more than 50 people in Port Moresby and Lae. We provide industry-leading, highly-specialized freight forwarding and project logistics solutions to clients from all over the world throughout Papua New Guinea.
Deugro offers a portfolio of conventional freight forwarding services across the entire supply chain, including air, sea and land freight, customs clearance, NVOCC, documentation, supply chain management and in-house staffing. Since 2007 Deugro has also developed long term sub-agent agreements to ensure freight can be delivered to any part of Papua New Guinea with certainty.
Project freight forwarding remains Deugro’s core strength, focusing predominantly on industries related to Oil, Gas & Energy, Power Generation, Mining & Metals and Infrastructure projects. We offer our clients a seamless portfolio of support services from the initial planning and budgetary phase to the final delivery and facility start up.
With a dedicated fleet of trucks and trailers including specialized heavy haulage low-loader and hydraulic modular trailers, and a range of material handling equipment such as forklifts and container pack/un-pack equipment, we cover the full spectrum of PNG’s logistics requirements. Our operations are supported by our 16,500 sqm storage facility near Port Moresby’s Jacksons International Airport and 8,000 sqm storage yard in the city of Lae.
As a value added service to all our clients and partners, Deugro’s in-house Transport Engineering Department, (T.E.D.) offers the following In-house transport engineering services: Auto CAD trailer configuration drawings, specialized crane lifting diagrams for heavy-lift and/or over-dimensional items, pre-stowage plans (vessel and barge) with lashing calculations, detailed route surveys, transportation consultation, risk assessment and mitigation.
