The company has three key divisions within the group, KC Forwarding, KC Liner Agencies and KYFI UK, the latter a joint venture with KYFI, Kentucky, USA.

• KC Liner Agencies exclusive represents global and regional shipping lines including, Yang Ming Transportation (trading as Yang Ming Scotland Ltd), WEC Lines, Geest Line, Shipco Transportation and as own operator, the NVO KC Liner.
• KYFI UK is a joint venture with KYFI Inc of Louisville, Kentucky which specialises in the movement of oak bourbon casks to Scottish whisky distillers who use Bourbon casks for most whisky maturing. KC and its various brands operate worldwide with specialists’ operations and focus on markets including, USA, Caribbean, Central & South America, Middle East, China and Taiwan.
In additional to focus on global markets, KC Group Shipping operate key sector solutions departments servicing numerous commodities including; Beers, Wines & Spirits, Oil & Gas, Automotive, Pharmaceutical & Temperature controlled and Food stuffs. KC’s objective has always been to grown its operation both organically and by collaborating with trusted partner companies worldwide, particularly in niche markets. KC is AEO (HMRC Authorised Economic Operator) accredited and full ISO accredited including ISO18001, ISO9001, membership of The Chartered Institute of Logistics/Transport and British International Freight Association (BIFA). As the product KC supply is the provision of a high quality integrated logistics service KC must ensure this consistently meets the needs of its overseas partners and customers. This is achieved by the completion and constant refining of a process which starts with an analysis of customer needs, the production of a service level agreement with the customer and the regular monitoring and revision of the service provided.
